It consists of walking paths, planted with an avenue that forms a spiral path to the central area, where a reading room is placed. The library is manufactured as a multipurpose facility, including a back room for equipment storage, but the front is designed as a stage and open public library, intended for various events (literature reading, concerts...). At the entrance of the path information boards are placed, at the spiral path benches, chairs and bins are installed. In the ground of the path, one can find quotes of famous personalities, in front of the trees are the names of their carers.
